You know, you have given her multiple scriptures on this thing! The thing that comes to my mind about her and that article is, “There are none so blind as those who will not see!” You couldn’t have given her a better platform and foundation of the word and reasoning and still she is clueless…not being mean just stating the obvious. Then she wants scriptures from ME! Does she think I have a different Bible than you?? Obviously she is ensconced in her own darkened reasononing and doesn’t want the light of the word! She will answer for it and I am sorry she didn’t recieve the word and God’s mercy and grace when you, Wayne, and I showed it was there for her! Thanks, Lyn…we tried! Love you dear friend!
Julianna..see my posts on this persons post! Just awful!

I could’t believe my eyes! Go read my response…oh, and by the way, I was so thankful to you and Wayne for both of yours!!
Thanks Juliania! My box has at least 8 or more emails from that page..haven’t opened them yet..don’t know that I have anymore to say to any of them. I’ll have to go and read yours!
And vitamin C must have citrus bioflavonoids in it or it doesn’t get synthesized into your cells properly..you lose most of it in your sweat, urine, and so forth.
You sure you want this diet? LOL
It sure sounds healthy and balanced! And, you aren’t depending on supplements but real food! I am pretty sure…:)
Oh, I take supplements. I take 5,000 i.u’s of D3, 3,000 mg’s vitamin c, multivitamin, super quercetin, L-Glutamine 500 mg’s twice a day, Calcium and Magnesium (I have harmless Premature Ventrical Contractions, arrhythmia’s, so this is a must.. in fact, it’s been proven that the majority of people who have heart failure, heart attacks, etc were deficient in Calcium and Magnesium, and did not know it. You have to take it balanced, or it’s bad for you. For example, I take one 1000/500 mg (1,000 cal, 500 mag, and 30 mg’s of NA (or sodium))) I also take Digest by Enzymedica..complete Enzyme formula to help people with poor digestion/leaky gut..which most people have and don’t know it… where particles and toxins from food get into your blood stream because they aren’t digested properly, thus causing all sorts of symptoms from allergies, to Chronic Fatigue, and more. I take these as insurance…except for high doses of Vitamin A, Iron, Vitamin K, or going above 1000 ius of Vit D per day, you urinate extra vitamins your body does not use out. I also take only hypoallergenic vitamins..veggie based, no corn, no soy, no starch, no yeast, no milk, no egg, no fish or crustacean, no tree nuts, no peanuts, no wheat. I used to study vitamins/nutrition for years and worked for a locally famous vitamin doctor…he didn’t do herbs..just vitamin. We had to know our stuff. And my grandma was always into vitamins and nutrition, so was my mom..grew up on vitamins and lot’s of salads.
So no fish? You have done your homework! Love salads!!
Nothing that would have allergic effects on anyone. I can eat Salmon..which I eat a lot of..wild caught salmon…but tuna for instance can be toxic if you eat too much because it is very high in mercury. Many people are allergic to shellfish because of sulfites, as well as the iodine.
She’s prettier and smarter too! And she loves the Lord! She’s got ol’ Rachel whooped!
Isn’t she beautiful?? And she is just as beautiful inside and she is on the outside! 🙂
I love the verse and I love that you’re using little Gabby with her sweet spirit!
She is a sweetheart!
She is a wonderful person!! I am so impressed with her attitude and walk with the Lord!
What? I come today to visit…and no food? NO FOOD? What kind of a website is this! LOL! Great post sis! It’s amazing what you can do with only one Bible verse and it makes people think. reflect, consider… God bless you!
LOL! I didn’t go to Auntie Em’s today and you know I don’t cook! LOL! 🙂
Auntie Em has never come to cook with me, so I have had to settle for Rachel Ray instead, although Auntie Em is much better!
Auntie Em is impressive, I agree! But, I love your diet!! It sounds very healthy!! I am seriously thinking of trying it!
This diet is boring! My refrigerator smells like a big salad! Turnip greens, turnips, leeks, green onion, purple onion, yellow onion, radishes, zucchini, collard greens, spinach, avocado, celery, artichokes, carrotts, acorn squash, snow peas, alfalfa, fresh organic mint leaves, cucumber, lettuce, green and purple cabbage, fresh organic parsley, sweet potatoes, (no regular potatoes, tomatoes, or egg plant..they belong to the nightshade family and have poisons that if ingested in large quantities, would kill someone..that is why so many people are allergic to these), fresh organic rosemary leaves, organic lemongrass, thyme, sage, tons of garlic bulbs, almond butter w/o sugar, coconut milk w/o sugar, pears, nectarines, apples, lemons, oranges, kiwi, papaya, mango, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, cherries, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, plums, peaches, star fruit, strawberries, lemons, limes, etc. Lot’s and lot’s of spring water.
Then there is apple cider vinegar (to mix with olive oil and lemon juice for dressing), coconut oil, olive oil, organic oat bran, stevia to sweeten, cashew butter w/o sugar, organic coconut cream for my ‘organic’ coffee…brown rice with wild rice, (I’m not supposed to have fruit (sugar) but I’m doing this special cleansing according to the Bible!) No condiments whatsoever. No cheese. No dairy. No sugar, except that which I get from fruit naturally.
